Schedules are filled out with pickleball teams selecting times that they can play and reserving time slots. This reduces the chance issues may arise from people wanting to the play at the same time or having to wait to play.

- Schedule time as soon as possible since they can fill up quickly
- Outdoor courts are cooler in the mornings and evenings
- Avoid doubling up on time slots just to get a spot
- Arrive and exit promptly at your designated schedule time
- Leave the court in the same condition, or better than when you arrived
